3 H' p4 H2 W9 t' w1 V9 \ After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again.

The problem should be inside the bucket.$ p* U+ k. F& e

When the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.
3 {, R" @' u* S" R. e% z0 mUse a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.* K( Z B7 G7 @* h. |1 r
Confirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.! i8 G# s0 s+ T& P2 t
; t" b/ ^: ?: u; A$ e4 O. ZThe next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.
9 N2 C* H! w6 h/ A' I% M5 R8 V- FThey have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.
6 B8 p: s0 B) z$ [& Y3 F4 C It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working. ( G$ ]5 j* S: A3 k& r: J% n% S9 K4 S
% k4 G6 c) ^$ e& v! AThe coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them. ; e/ _6 h: l. U" P
