$ a, ?9 ~: \2 W% x After start 2-3 times, they will quit working, if you toggle the start and stop buttons on DCS screen , you will get another 2-3 running before they quit working again. 4 W% X5 a6 S( U4 |0 C0 c
It is a cycle.

We isolate the network control and use the local start and stop only, the problem remains.2 H( u! E5 e- y
Swap one of the defective buckets with a good one, the new bucket works fine.
& c; M" e+ |% t, q* {2 X8 b( dThe problem should be inside the bucket.

When the problem happened, we observed that the contactor has a pulling action but will not seal.
' o% C, G, [* V1 e: D1 ~3 m5 KUse a terminating screw divers to push in the contactor, it will not seal either.% Q9 C- X: h8 N/ q @3 [$ B% T8 e
Confirm with TECH support this should be a problem with the control circuit board inside the advantage starter, we bought two new control circuit boards and replaced the old ones, the problem is still the same.

2 k' g5 [( H! a* v& }8 t) E9 Q& YThe next thing we can think of is the coil, we took the coil out to have a close look.+ y% P/ q' Z& V
They have a fork to pinch inside the two leads to make connection, it is not a good design at all. We soldered the connection and tried again.) d3 v: L8 i% h( {* W- A
It is getting better this time, we have 7-8 times of running before it quit working.

The coil should be the problem, we ordered two of them. But it will take 5-6 weeks for us to get them.
