• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control8 b1 R! O4 t& u2 F
• Identification and replication of software defects - ]$ ~' o ~, j C1 d
• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients ' F4 f3 P4 {+ k) q. h% F% C) A) h
• Managing customer expectations
% F3 o6 }9 {' x1 P# Z. j3 K• Documentation of technical procedures

• Optimizing system configurations

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

Experience and Education
