• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
* `6 X& C5 x+ p7 `• Identification and replication of software defects
) N6 n0 ?4 ]6 R* }5 h% ~• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
6 x: n ~1 r: P• Managing customer expectations
5 V! t. \6 U F1 ]: ]( ?( V5 q• Documentation of technical procedures

• Optimizing system configurations
