Position Responsibilities:& S: Y {' a9 q* y- I
• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control3 \! k( f' c) {# _$ t3 G
• Identification and replication of software defects
5 L1 V" Q4 X; \: n1 H! }3 h; ?• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
# n5 u) ]; `, X$ ]# \, C• Managing customer expectations
; w6 U ^6 R, ^! g# m8 o• Documentation of technical procedures ( e# [ I) d5 T* k {4 O% I; m: q
• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) $ J# i- {6 V; k+ Y# y6 j
• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system

• Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments

Experience and Education
