* I& V' w* Z3 l% u• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control
$ V( H; j/ E* s3 j9 m• Identification and replication of software defects
$ |& k1 h1 e# ~- C! {/ C1 {, M [• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
. d' B5 f! O. z( @) q• Managing customer expectations
# C$ V; Q( B: p- v• Documentation of technical procedures 8 I) Y9 L" m4 h) O2 l3 r
• Trouble shooting client network issues
9 Q. ^& S2 M/ g% v! d/ V `8 ]• Optimizing system configurations
) W, f1 S: ]- A2 @ P- J. h• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) 2 {. q# B( g1 ^4 C7 {; d
• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system ( U" M( E) S( {. f- j
• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

• Communicate and translate client requirements in Mandarin

• Excellent interpersonal and team skills

• Ability to work independently
