•        Identification and replication of software defects  
: i2 @% v9 ^' |+ v- Z7 T& Q7 i4 ^•        Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients  
" R( l2 l* [( D* M) ?•        Managing customer expectations
9 e/ m" a, z# p8 Z•        Documentation of technical procedures
. P) T# ^$ e+ m" g; Q. A7 u- W% p•        Trouble shooting client network issues : |/ {9 l  L1 @0 \; J
•        Optimizing system configurations

Skills and Knowledge Required9 k3 C6 J0 y" |, b! {! E1 s
•        Customer service skills ! w$ b6 B) S: ^" b: `5 A$ f+ O
•        Technical writing skills
! W- X. i1 t  n•        C++ development skills $ `% H+ B3 r3 t, i& c
•        Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.6 h7 q& s+ C  s% w% u& |. o
•        Network trouble shooting skills ) `% h1 S) c2 l  t2 k3 d
•        Excellent interpersonal and team skills 8 N3 _1 I8 y( T/ l/ Q4 N
•        Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments

Experience and Education
) w% ?5 c" n# C% f( z) V•        Technical degree or diploma ) F* w3 O+ |/ T0 w7 L5 U2 K
•        2 years experience in a technical support role
