5 M& G8 Z( Z3 u/ z8 E! x0 a• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control- d+ @/ ]& h) L# k0 c4 b9 ?
• Identification and replication of software defects
: i2 @% v9 ^' |+ v- Z7 T& Q7 i4 ^• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients
" R( l2 l* [( D* M) ?• Managing customer expectations
9 e/ m" a, z# p8 Z• Documentation of technical procedures

• Optimizing system configurations

• Comfort dealing with multiple and varied assignments

Experience and Education
