Position Responsibilities:) r- r% ]% Q/ d; I0 p) K
• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control5 W n7 T4 K1 m$ W# A2 ]& y
• Identification and replication of software defects
- E) v& n+ D4 F6 y \4 B5 }% K• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients & B% @ r# n' L% P4 c: O5 m. F
• Managing customer expectations
6 C4 Q" v" M4 F3 {% A' F• Documentation of technical procedures : f$ K% j" [7 A1 H: C' p! L
• Trouble shooting client network issues

• Low key software development tasks (not a requirement) + a, u$ [$ M2 d* {
• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
6 u/ Q4 P( D! L1 P" W• Involvement in the development and design of a trouble shooting tool for client.

• System training

• Customer service skills

• Software Trouble shooting skills, or the ability to recognize external issues.
