Position Responsibilities:
% y& c- t7 r1 L. t6 d+ r3 Q; y• Installation, configuration and trouble shooting of software for process control& {6 b: q% `1 @7 M" e p( O
• Identification and replication of software defects
i/ O. D7 a) K+ \9 b+ P• Phone and e-mail support for internal and external clients # p+ I; g- k0 |) R4 r" l7 R
• Managing customer expectations ] E0 B5 c8 @3 c# \
• Documentation of technical procedures ) C# w0 C$ G% G& U. \; G9 Q
• Trouble shooting client network issues
) L+ O g4 s" Q" m' W• Optimizing system configurations

• Responsible for maintenance of internal ticketing system
