Job Description:
Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
2 T2 k" p0 b9 H* I9 k! H  l) x5 IAssign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
: }$ j' d. c& T0 A& w" ]$ s% n8 YAuthorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
: w, P* c4 O; i# tSell merchandise to customers
, _; X# ], l+ @- |' _  L! M  HResolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
( `% P4 s1 Y& H) Y4 pMaintain specified inventory and order merchandise
0 d* h. Q( p, g" K  @Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
/ G) E! S- ?# k6 }7 W6 N7 eHire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:

        Completion of secondary school is required
        2 - 3 years work experience as retail salesperson
