Job Description:
Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
: l: F$ g6 L- c  nAuthorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
. C) v3 S" a* r$ ?Sell merchandise to customers
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
) f! z% h& {! ?; [) ?. `$ y, r& BPrepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
) T2 ^) `9 U! ~: Y  L0 j$ QHire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:

        Completion of secondary school is required
. i4 k! I$ C. Q- p. j* e/ M         2 - 3 years work experience as retail salesperson
