Job description:
3 j0 D! L' u: k7 H8 a) v- Prepare and mix metalizing solutions according to formulas or specifications
- Z7 E3 l$ _1 Z+ n- Operate and control electroplating equipment to coat metal and other objects
# S7 \# v, g9 [7 J% G- Operate hot-dip metal plating equipment to galvanize metal and other objects
3 c* G4 \2 y( ^! C/ U- Tend automatic metal coating machine which conveys objects through series of cleaning, rinsing and plating solutions
- Operate spray equipment to build up worn or damaged parts or to bond protective or decorative coatings on metal objects
# G. |7 `2 }5 W' W3 f- t  f- Check proper thickness of plating using micrometers, callipers or other devices
- Clean and prepare metal parts for coating
/ |2 t% p; N) o4 z  U! X- Tend ovens which cure metal coating
Requirements:
•        Completion of secondary school is required
4 B! l2 ]( {# R) Z- C6 a7 X5 _+ Y2 F•        On-the-job training will be provided
