就是不明白为什么房子也收像condo fees类似的费用

看了好几个duplex， 蛮喜欢的，突然冒出来monthly fee 120刀，解释是给你房子的维护，必须交。

好像不行的。现在的新的小区都有统一的规划，等你真的要盖的时候，甚至连屋外的装饰我们自己都做不了主。您想买的房子像是duplex，其实是condo的一种。

7 Q0 a+ T5 _; iCondo can be any type of house, in this case, it is a duplex. Condo agreement is a mutual agreement which governs all the owners who are bound to sign when buying the property;  there is no way you can do anything you want if what you buy is a condo; you are bound by the rules.

这取决于这个房子小区的规划状况。

$ s/ n# ]3 _9 A+ g: o, |( b; V; B如果是有condo fee的话，那是不能改变的。也就是说，那是强制的。
