I am new comer here. currently I have class 7 driver license from other province. ) ~: T) \2 \ ?I have had it since 1 year ago. right now I am wondering if I can apply for road test directly(class 5) without exchanging class 7 into local license. 9 W& Z5 w2 e) n% P3 r0 L8 a! if I want to attend road test, where is the cheapest place to go(including car renting)?4 o2 w# R% Q9 B" `. h6 ^- \: J

Another issue is for insurance, someone tell me that going to drive school will help reduce car insurance, is that true?
