Postion summary:
* Position Directly to CEO
3 K* d1 i/ \" i+ `* Responsible for ensuring accurate, concise documentation that meets organizational, legislzative and legal requirement
6 B  X2 ~( B  U7 G*Responsible for coordinating tactical planning and monitoring processes at the site/program and departmental level
+ Y- ]: B' F! H9 R- l4 E. J*Responsible for building, overall staffing issues and leadership on an ongoing basis and during emergency situations.
! j  x- v/ T/ u5 h3 D2 Y*Responsible for assessment of populations of residents with similar care needs to indentify nursing care needs of the group.

; U: _" w& L/ x* |7 T. ^1 `Qualifications:
; l1 u$ c2 C3 B" l) H( T/ ^) oMust be a registered nurse and possesses AARN registration in good standing. A degree in nursing will be an asset. A minimum of 5 years exoerience in health care particularly in management role is required. Equivalent qualifications will be considered.
