求助：撞车了，自己的责任，第三方保险，怎么办？

昨晚在一路口左转时被一辆车撞在后面的轮子上，当时是黄灯以为那辆车会停下来。对方的车和自己的车受损都比较严重。今天到警察局去做了报告，听他们说这个应该是我的责任，让我们具体去问保险公司。目前我的保险只是第三方保，对方说可以私了。我告诉对方先去做评估，然后再决定报保险公司或者私了。我不知道报了保修公司会不会保费会涨很多或者还有其它不利因素。请各位帮忙出出主意，先谢谢了！！！

对方黄灯的时候 你的灯应该是红灯啊  按照车速来判断 lz是不是有可能闯了红灯？

左转被直行的撞上肯定是你的责任，先评估是正确的，个人认为只要对方的车维修费用不超过2000就私了。

一般来说，如果损失超过2000，就应该使用保险赔付了，从下一年起 ，保费会适当上涨，我记得是可以连续3年，最高涨度不超过40%。

谢谢大家的帮助！今天从警察局出来对方主动要求私了！现在还在等对方的评估。。。假使真的私了，我挺害怕有一天对方又说他身体，精神有损伤了什么的。想听听大伙的意见，好做个准备，谢谢！

觉得对方挺奇怪的。是不是他的车挺烂的？想拿了钱不修换车啊？
( D# [  q) _. x$ p& l先看看评估价吧。如果超２０００了就走保险。你如果是第一次事故一般涨得不会太多，然后不再出事故后又会一年年再减下来到原水平。要五年吧。
