Pudding Recipe

1. Melt and mix cream cheese with sugar (around 80C)5 u& C6 ~- ?3 x$ U: `3 g( U- p
2. Add mixture of eggs with 1.
W1 F! D7 I( s7 N; h3. Add warm milk, mix until sugar melt completely7 H# W( @' }9 y$ ]
4. Filter out the solid stuffs (important step,不然烤好會一粒一粒的)

4. add with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, mix well

第一種做出來有一半超好吃
