因为现在的二手房太少了,而新房价相对还合理。另外sw是中国人传统的理想好区,这种现象肯定先在sw发生,如果房市进一步升温,其它区也会一样。% F* s, g2 P: B+ j. A! X5 T

1。自Landmark 月初提价之后,不少建筑商相继发话,或要调价,或将取消优惠,人们想赶在调价之前买进。( @% U+ w" Q& k- \) v. P. ^! n
2。最近, 有开发商在西南降价卖地,机会颇佳。8 i% j% n1 W% L/ c. y
综合以上两点,目前可能是买房的较好时机, 买的人就多了。
