outlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：. d+ q( L! i+ Z' L3 D+ v/ S

1.Open the email message from the person you want to add
: }. N9 C! {# F- i* M+ k0 S% w+ Y6 P+ y! s+ c+ z! _9 h2 d$ [
2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts
2 h- ~8 C4 ]9 m; f" d, {& @( NThe Contact dialog box appears with some information completed for you.
