, e8 k9 \8 i( [( {8 X" [outlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：

1.Open the email message from the person you want to add * c A7 _2 \2 ~' z0 W0 E) i+ X/ S# o" c
# t# p2 M% M: n& O0 e) i2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts3 e+ w8 U) Q: z* Z# Q/ ^. b7 W' w9 b
The Contact dialog box appears with some information completed for you.9 `7 Q/ l8 i6 G8 k3 C) k- C& W2 p

3.Complete or edit the remaining text boxes as desired
