TD 银行去年有非常好的PROFIT,但是今年的PROFIT IS FLAT (FROM CTV NEWS), 它预言明年房价暴涨, 更多的人去抢房, 更多的人付MORGAGE, 于是TD 银行的PROFIT WILL INCREASE. 同时相关的利益集团和媒体也炒房价.
