院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享) Y; E5 }& @* Q* B' h1 u

6 _* |+ y, w* F1 cup water 250 ml
' b6 l+ y* K: i1 Y5 [& w2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml # h; i0 J) |7 K
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.

*Grate the rind from the lemon and store in freezer for making “S’toons ‘n Stuff Muffins”.
