院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享3 P2 Q, ?$ W; P8 g) p

, U% k( E7 F% c& k3 r8 r3 cups saskatoons 750 ml 6 I4 I; `3 `9 S7 c8 B6 N3 w( F k& j
1 cup water 250 ml
/ z8 x. B" B+ ]3 w) D2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
/ R0 D) k6 H/ U% E4 t5 g5 L1/2 cup sugar 125 ml 6 C8 x x8 [% J7 A Q% `0 m
juice of 1 lemon* 1 0 x9 w W' j" U" U6 K3 k9 i
! m8 \( q. t- ~% F. dPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
