2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
& \9 r# _/ J J. R) X& D1 ]5 H1/2 cup sugar 125 ml $ S1 G, y; K) E6 y
juice of 1 lemon* 1

* b \6 i1 h; k( u& C+ I: JPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.& ^5 C- D0 m, o" b; Z& A
