院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享0 R2 r6 k& h: {) H; ^

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE & m3 z: f, o. S6 ]6 ^
& `! W) r# B5 N. e, i3 cups saskatoons 750 ml . Q( e2 g+ h+ \/ V9 c: o
1 cup water 250 ml
! v0 r" Q0 z: g: h/ I1 k& E# ]2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml 9 [6 x8 S4 ~0 [1 f
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml 6 t5 w$ Q4 x5 s9 b( _
juice of 1 lemon* 1

& y2 F" u. m$ A, l+ TPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
