院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享7 O2 I2 \7 T' R8 j, Y

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE 4 e4 E8 O: S' o/ d! v5 d
6 J6 }) Q M+ E( [4 z3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
8 k! V6 s" v1 W& ]+ n( k3 d1 cup water 250 ml
$ `- M. K$ X' ]& n9 Y8 K2 T2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml 1 c) J4 T1 I8 P M; g$ u
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
% n7 y0 A9 V$ kjuice of 1 lemon* 1 4 u5 i( x+ F5 }7 P$ y

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.# c# u, y5 s5 n9 X' V
