院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml , L' |8 c4 V7 C* }' {1 u! D( w
1 cup water 250 ml ' v3 X+ E% D2 } p3 d4 ?
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
7 v% Q3 E8 P* |. v8 @& `1/2 cup sugar 125 ml 7 P) Q, M' m6 ~/ o/ u
juice of 1 lemon* 1 & R) N$ S/ P( O

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.2 w& H% V8 H, r8 J! }
