院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE , n2 X2 v) A P/ N( {* c6 K) G8 v
8 I" g2 t! z. k; l8 |! S% q3 cups saskatoons 750 ml 2 f7 H0 j1 D1 T, W
1 cup water 250 ml
6 P! I8 e+ U1 K# d- d( N* d2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml : A& r9 `8 p" p7 X# H* d0 ~
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
m4 L7 G; b3 `! H7 [; sjuice of 1 lemon* 1

! Q8 |1 O8 i+ `+ g3 e fPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
