院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享# ^4 h$ ]! H9 C; P' U1 B0 @( t% Z

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
. w1 x, U- C% x& D1 cup water 250 ml * }) O6 r9 @* D
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml 3 f6 ~8 f. b3 L
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
M$ _* s$ a: H& Tjuice of 1 lemon* 1 8 Y# M( }' I, ]0 {. Y% U3 K4 v
5 n6 Q+ n9 M2 {% b4 r) NPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.

Slice a pound cake or Orange Loaf** (, spoon sauce over two slices, top with Cool Whip and another dollop of sauce. Yum!
