9 m' h4 [0 p. ]% |2， 副申请人是否只需要交表IMM 0008-Genetic AND IMM 5406?

3, about the additional documents. We suppose to be the category 1 applicants from the website, what kind of additional document we should provide? The checklist only provide information about category 2 and category 3./ x+ i( S* O; [, D5 } V1 g
