市场可能开始slow down了，全市本月到今天共成交280套。

& z8 H$ ?0 T+ d不过好房子还是很抢手，我明天有个房子要看，今天已经有9个offer了。

Here is our update on the Edmonton real estate market. (Previous week's numbers are in brackets). For the past 7 days:  

New listings: 291 (306, 341, 370)
1 [  X7 Q+ k5 R# Sales: 213 (225, 275, 261)
Ratio: 73% (74%, 81%, 71%)
# Price changes: 159 (221, 189, 212)
# Expired/Off Market Listings: 142 (324, 98, 135)
Net loss/gain in listings this week: -64 (-243, -32, -26)
Active listings for single family homes: 1784 (1792, 1933, 1954)
Active listings for condos: 1472 (1485, 1576, 1560)

More of the same this week, falling inventory, stronger sales than last year and lots of activity for single family homes, especially those priced under $500k.

现在看，很明显往上跑。

关键是市场上好房子不多!  

) L* f! D* e+ U. k以SW为例，不是在靠近大马路，就是离高压线近，要不就是Corner Lot，转了一大圈下来，即便把价格范围从45~50W扩大的50~55W，能看得中的房子还是少得可怜。只有继续等等了！
