When he reaches 30% health the two NPCs next to him will be released from their prisons and begin attacking you. To continue attack Artruis you must choose one of the 2 NPCs to eliminate. This is the decision of which side you are choosing to ally with first.

! e. m [. h* l0 w( w& |The real journey through Sholazar Basin isn’t necessarily the Hemet Nesingwary quest chain, it’s actually the extremely long daunting grind through both of these factions.
