4 u$ O, S3 W" \: C; sC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
3 o9 x! o2 X7 X5 d+ W% g1 NDuties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
- _% y! q/ b* i3 z! J•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
; U, d8 o7 A+ N; H5 w•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
! K- B7 ]  [6 k7 d% u1 m+ V•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.

) @: y* d- D: c•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
% r1 u* f3 F" Q( c$ z& P•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
9 J! ~4 A* z, I/ c! L- b6 g; c( i•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
2 \" q% a0 S/ i2 A$ x6 c! E) d•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)

+ E* |' K5 d+ M•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
