C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.

•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
. b( p7 d2 i- J4 v! @# P* x* z•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
. A- V% `3 y0 A; N0 u1 m6 }•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
% Z: R6 S: H# K( b•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
6 t2 T; a: T+ t8 ~4 L$ R•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
% ~; [+ D/ Y0 X3 Z& _% {( s•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
( U; N7 a) ~1 L  D•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
$ Q: |7 k( J; a" ~•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
