C# Systems Analyst

; }3 ?, F2 ]3 s8 u/ u8 rC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
+ u3 l, _; L' r) q) R9 ~% S•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
6 T2 X( f1 ?. m0 u$ h1 `•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
; \6 D5 @2 Z9 _) u+ d( B1 K•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
3 w; P: e; @7 \4 Q8 e" L( P•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
. B9 k4 z  u( X0 x•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
1 a! r! _3 F: D! E+ H! M•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
, ]* `+ q- d3 j  O$ Y•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
" s2 i% ]& g. y•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
6 s& S: b/ j& j' \$ l9 ]" zMandatory Requirements:
+ R8 M/ O0 {3 a$ X# Z•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
' l# Q, N9 f6 \3 _•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
5 \9 Y; {) Y4 X1 V' p) {% H! O•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
8 A6 z& _; J. W1 ?* P# z8 r# P•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
4 H/ x8 G0 |4 V0 b3 p•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
: C8 K0 L: `. c2 ]; V2 H•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
0 l! J- }9 f. s$ }•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
