C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.

+ z+ b. G) d; ?•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
  R, H) ?4 Q2 g7 y- u8 b* N•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
! C5 B% L5 \. B* ?8 z+ X5 f•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
& C  }0 T6 ~& e•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
% p0 a% E- E$ c1 ^; ^+ v' P•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
$ i4 B: r. ^* [% f; @5 S•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
, c! O% J  l- `) A0 bMandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
# p/ `, m- K, `•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
3 r: _& _7 T0 A4 q" t; u•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
6 Y6 G$ m; F- C' O1 s% ?. Z* A•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
, l1 T# K* A+ h) @. T•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
  i) `& ?# W  ?•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
3 q/ k5 M8 z7 h- V# n•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
