C# Systems Analyst

# y; @# f: ]6 O2 y  w6 C& T5 rC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
; y# X1 f  i8 x4 Q  e•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
# W6 i$ m: }" B7 r* ?+ _•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
/ R$ h) @1 E0 Q8 m•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
! u( E! q3 T$ P+ C' q" E# G•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
/ j# u0 H% b* t) _" a•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
+ ~2 H, J+ {; _  m: a' s•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
2 B+ T, j  [. `: d! L/ w•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
+ `# n1 o8 u2 H: x" o( R, N•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
: J. ?1 X6 F5 q•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
! U! a& V/ d9 n' b6 Q3 ?8 k' x•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
9 g5 F. `" q# M5 D" d  }Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
