C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
4 f6 H- h! M' z! A6 {7 o( B# tDuties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
. ~9 F$ P/ o/ D•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
8 `/ s" I# A5 c3 z1 O; ~•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
  q  @; v% Q; g0 [0 a  w& e8 L•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
5 O/ G2 O" d& ]  @3 P7 b: ]7 g" d•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
4 `6 P$ E2 L+ I: K9 g4 f! S: ~•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
, m+ u# S. g" y4 {* E$ n; y•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
/ z5 h1 p$ s) b5 ^Mandatory Requirements:
$ T1 v; j% `, r2 O•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
5 R+ R  G( _& e2 j) h6 m•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
! @7 v8 F3 b9 Y1 k! x•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
, n& g; b  Y: l: W* L5 d•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
