• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.

• SAP match reporting and monthly management

• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.

• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.

Education / Experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)4 g. h. |% N% U8 g. J
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience- \; Y. u0 T. ^4 U( _& H- ]1 R
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater) ^" H& W, M$ Q/ r
