• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.
% w4 w- ^2 e7 E• SAP match reporting and monthly management
8 N# D* c, o( ^7 q• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.

• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
; s' `' z X# X$ ^• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.

• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.

• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)
