• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.

• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.

• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.4 F2 E- p/ A: K7 X; I, _/ w) ^7 ^
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.: B' L7 j) O+ Z
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.

• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)
; P' y' s5 d; F& H• 3-5 years of related administrative experience; Y# \2 E* m( V
• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
