• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.% A9 u7 C. I1 a
• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.' t9 j" A: w% b# W9 S
• SAP match reporting and monthly management
7 e0 \1 k" T* }4 r• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.2 k7 ]& b; Y0 h$ x) b" K6 N
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.

• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.

• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)

Education / Experience
" q, M- f) z& F, P• Grade 12 or equivalent: Z/ i; y; o* u
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)1 T8 T" {5 w4 [1 B' A5 @+ q8 h& M
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
; n: i4 ?, k; c g* A, \• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
