- ~* f2 M5 H) RJob Duties / Responsibilities
This role is responsible for the following activities representing  site:
- g/ ~' R6 \" c+ {& U4 X" ]! V• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
- B4 e% ?/ r; F. H4 e; }• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
, u2 |7 f% T: z2 J. n  P3 K• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams
• Autocad and Microstation drafting
& L+ R6 p4 @. X• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
" X( _, M8 L- @! x& X) k5 A• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
& C0 L6 k4 l) c( _/ z+ L" X# z• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.

Education / Experience
4 _$ o8 y+ Z% [& S4 L( i8 C2 r• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
# [! ^5 j9 M' @; C* I& }8 k• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
5 [5 i  m" }* Q" R7 J' `6 t% T• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset.
