  V! D  x# s$ i" ~Job Duties / Responsibilities
This role is responsible for the following activities representing  site:
( z9 F. K- c; P; c: ]• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
2 j3 j1 h, U! N& p7 k- f• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
1 v  }' m1 O3 }# ^% E# R; K• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams
• Autocad and Microstation drafting
9 O( h2 r! g! L# `& |: h3 B7 K5 w• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
: q& N$ U# }/ K6 ]0 ]- o/ G% N• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.

Education / Experience
' `( _! G, [& I. a; ^. p+ p; q• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
1 i2 ?: j* M' D• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
, D" @4 M* M  t# H! w. w* P• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset.
