The Business Link’s toll-free business information line, web-based services, innovative uses of video conferencing technologies, and walk-in centers in Edmonton and Calgary ensure clients throughout Alberta have access to our many resources.

We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry." i, D1 A+ p+ ^. e: k( z  r

Position Summary5 _0 M: B; A2 W) }4 k' Y$ j) P- G

: Z  P: n/ c1 k•        Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations
; d$ V2 S0 ]: d/ p•        Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings
' i8 W9 B1 Z: i6 k9 D3 t$ q7 o/ j•        Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach $ N6 c: |1 x8 m4 q
•        Promoting TBL products and services % o# j7 B  c; P3 A8 k6 I/ y+ @
•        Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance + h% D4 a1 c! D5 K' \0 e
•        Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables
1 M9 |0 i; s- M9 }( u•        Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta , N, D) |% T- s# b
•        Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry
/ N; j/ `. e$ o: p$ X•        Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program # B3 B' o; f; b8 y- I3 f( P; G; _
•        Arranging catering for various meetings
: r: x8 ?+ R8 ?. L2 e. i•        Opening and closing of The Business Link Office 6 {# {! y. ^" I$ Z  b& e
•        Ensuring that the front desk and boardrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies at all times

Qualifications

9 b3 N- \: T  @9 E( {•        Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience
: C9 ~' v$ O4 j' `. |6 E! D•        Administrative experience including reception, cash register, and scheduling
' M( }% l) l1 _: \" ]; S: r•        College Certificate or Diploma in related field.' S' E4 B, N) k* @6 }

        Professional, diplomatic and  self-starter
0 [- v% v6 P( I* j! y        Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
