We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.

• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations ) }: U$ z" ~* U3 U$ M
• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings ) f$ l: S( @- g% H0 {% L
• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach ' n# z1 N: C s7 h' }
• Promoting TBL products and services
' w N) t7 Q) U* j2 V/ ^" N! X• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance 2 W! x E1 w( }2 y \8 e2 e) d
• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables
9 @; R0 ?2 T, ~5 [4 n+ ~# _ K: C4 |& K• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta 0 E' X* }" Q+ l; |0 \' D4 P
• Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry0 b3 g9 g& h: ^* Z$ ?
• Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program
) `) B' a/ Z" V; `% g- R1 ~• Arranging catering for various meetings
: D5 a# l' Z" I A% J• Opening and closing of The Business Link Office

• Other duties as assigned.

• College Certificate or Diploma in related field.
