Job Description:
Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
# G" g8 F1 _* e$ g( h' P7 TAuthorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
+ z3 H: _& P& ZSell merchandise to customers
3 p: I( w0 i6 I$ \) D; uResolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
$ H; `+ S% S! t3 ?( PPrepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
& i/ Z  g7 F! b- BHire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff
