/ s, G9 O0 Z  K. N+ ^. c# GWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
! }  q$ U3 w# x5 X) ^4 V8 C        University Degree, or
8 _" r6 R" C1 d* q% y; {- C        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

$ e$ x; b4 i' F5 a% AOther requirements:
9 R0 i* @# p9 W# s9 l        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
7 y1 A9 z3 K2 [8 h6 S        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
) K1 h! R- Z2 O  Q        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
