6 z0 n7 j- g0 N0 l9 ]We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

0 `# S! \5 ]: q  W" S2 `& p( LEducational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
% P0 e( i" B" ~, I# Q        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
; c, s/ A* A" B- V: W4 {3 s* I        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.
5 }" v, {$ v. c8 ?
Other requirements:
+ F4 ], K- L2 _  Z' x% L( Y* ?        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
0 v1 D6 C6 G% L3 G        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
