We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

9 j+ m  |0 [9 h- h- gEducational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
6 n( w2 L: e1 q" U        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
9 G* S# ]% z$ o( N$ @, y. L# r        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
/ g/ i8 b$ L! ~- U4 I        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
