We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

! Y6 C* t1 H8 Y. m/ [        University Degree, or
) G2 ^! S. G. S' f: @        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
9 s: L% m$ E3 d, l        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.
! b2 U3 X, y- |% m: Q5 ~5 o7 x
Other requirements:
, C$ g  j3 Y1 q  P/ {        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
  B: N9 V$ @# A        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
+ l. S- s. \% e* }6 E2 y        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
/ }) X' H4 o) [1 B- D" ?) w. j        Procurement and service contract management;
2 O& A! a& ]1 @9 `% N  ^5 A* c        General building management;
% Y0 e9 E% L" l5 B9 C        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
# @+ @1 T9 v, r5 a' Y& A, [        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
