Police arrest two men after complaint of smelly truck carrying 1,500 pot plants

EDMONTON - Two men are facing charges after Edmonton police pulled over a truck filled with freshly cut marijuana plants.

8 Y* U& H0 i* m7 L0 gPolice say they got a tip Thursday night from a citizen who told them he'd been driving behind a cube van that was giving off a strong odour of marijuana.5 ~# _6 H$ D! u+ N y

Officers who responded to the call said they also smelled the pot plants about half a block before they pulled over the van.
