Police arrest two men after complaint of smelly truck carrying 1,500 pot plants

EDMONTON - Two men are facing charges after Edmonton police pulled over a truck filled with freshly cut marijuana plants.

Police say they got a tip Thursday night from a citizen who told them he'd been driving behind a cube van that was giving off a strong odour of marijuana.

) }$ C9 C+ O) K; I. V- f, EOfficers who responded to the call said they also smelled the pot plants about half a block before they pulled over the van.
