Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
* _4 X* x4 t1 ]  r  qAssign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
, p# j( q) i8 e1 X7 `: u. cAuthorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
* ^  ^, B8 B( x) q$ e7 c% X: tSell merchandise to customers
7 ?( u( v( e: h- ^Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
) _4 @/ y% z" ~) p8 OPrepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
7 d! a" H- X, |* q8 m% p: ^Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:

( a8 V/ k; v3 E+ P         Completion of secondary school is required
