• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.

• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.

. o2 r& B; N$ L2 a& O0 u" W• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
2 o4 O0 J8 }1 U! \& C. @ n• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system. 5 U1 z9 ?& I5 C6 P
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
9 r) d4 K7 Y9 T" \7 K5 A• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.; v; W9 c& C( s/ D) W9 O
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.* d+ I K+ h0 Y0 C( n4 V
• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.

• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.

• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.

• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment

Education / Experience
* h( i, q1 |; k: M4 |# A" f( {• Grade 12 / GED.
/ M7 V3 W: Z% Y/ t& Z) }. Q• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
. Z0 a" L% r/ Y2 i) @, ?2 z; n• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written. 0 y/ r, f9 b- X( K: V+ @
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset. ! ]& L2 W! ^; }+ G
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset. ' T/ f5 l1 J8 t1 Z" _5 A
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.+ S- G" J( J+ ]/ }" p- l" i- k) z
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
