• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.

• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.3 ]# s4 W/ ] P* H) u
• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G. 1 m2 V8 w5 Z% L5 _- U, b O
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users. 7 Z a) F' f" G% T. a
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.

4 J. L+ G9 Z# x• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.

• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.

• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
L; \" [7 @* n f0 \# h% h) E• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
1 ?- D% l$ ?3 y: b• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.

• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner

• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.

* B- I0 v# ~$ P) x f• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.

Education / Experience
8 f% Y& W" b6 d7 Q, V0 ^3 J• Grade 12 / GED. 6 a; @9 S! b- d; J! M- k& o
• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
% H, ]0 j& ~- t. I( m3 Y• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written. 3 A" G" w# O$ [* A; j( v
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
, T; }! ?$ b' ~1 i/ v) \9 E• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
1 D: W5 F' V5 {$ w. } R# r* i( g; f• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
/ B6 e- K/ @. k9 B. @& a4 J# q# N• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
