• Is compliant with Nexen corporate policies on integrity, ethics and drug / alcohol.
• Ensures that health and safety standards are achieved and maintained by the warehouse team.
7 o# E- K% f* Q& k4 K0 O2 N6 k' }• Is participating member of the Material Management/Warehouse Team that receives an
distributes material and tools in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right
place (person), at the right time, for the right cost.
• Preserves materials.
• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.

• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
) A1 \4 ~1 Q0 m( M3 S• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
2 ]# V/ W) W% X. h- i1 D( q* j• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
5 B5 n" ~5 s* q  v• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
3 P: j/ X0 z. k" q" a' Q, X• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
/ l6 C( P+ B  O7 P• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
1 c3 K& D4 R2 }8 R$ N1 C6 ?3 Z• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
# B9 z" @7 O7 |" c2 r" S8 a; {, Q• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
resolution.
' h, o5 w& M& {8 S; u# `• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
) C' K1 Y  b) [# E• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
4 F3 {" D' I  |' x6 s% v9 Z" i* F• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.
$ `! t' C7 v- K  D4 p: m( r+ W* ?• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
7 K/ e) i3 x! o! C, h5 \# Q* |• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
$ @9 ]7 Y  S9 O' K, \% G• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.
• Performs other Assignments or Project work as required.

Education / Experience
" y2 ]0 z3 f* [2 s• Grade 12 / GED.
+ y9 ?  G8 J" H4 Q+ `6 V. R; q• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
! q8 I* W$ U2 J) O• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
0 V8 L. a  N9 m( c: R• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
, j7 `$ n2 S9 \; z" H2 C• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
