Job Duties / Responsibilities
1 g/ I0 o5 b' \# W7 ^" Y2 p• Supports company environmental, health, safety, security practices and policies.
• Is compliant with Nexen corporate policies on integrity, ethics and drug / alcohol.
: ]2 n1 x7 f  C" |: C• Ensures that health and safety standards are achieved and maintained by the warehouse team.
• Is participating member of the Material Management/Warehouse Team that receives an
distributes material and tools in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right
place (person), at the right time, for the right cost.

• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.
6 O% K: j1 @8 X4 [0 s* A• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
& T2 D7 N4 Y6 T; C4 |$ m• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
3 e. D/ m, s& u, j$ `; ?9 }7 \• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
, G: ~5 A/ Y/ V( S* w6 E: D• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
7 H2 e8 o  Y) s1 K1 o! a• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
. z: B9 N) g3 s: y4 s  O1 }$ ~2 n. @6 _; q• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
! ?4 ~( m9 N* I+ m! }9 x  I• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
2 M7 ]. p0 G/ p1 O, e5 M• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
' Z( [& t* q$ N8 }, ]8 @resolution.
• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
5 h/ d. X* y! J7 P1 u0 h6 S• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.

& @$ t# L7 |  Y( `7 u  M" n+ i• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.
• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment

8 Y4 r, |) g" q+ ~7 }: Z• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
2 v# O, q( [, f• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.

Education / Experience
" s& E5 S0 y# f• Grade 12 / GED.
8 q* ~) p2 Y4 S" N• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
8 n0 \7 ~8 U9 T, [1 f! v+ v• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
