Job Duties / Responsibilities
• Supports company environmental, health, safety, security practices and policies.

• Is participating member of the Material Management/Warehouse Team that receives an

  O: g& o+ H1 E4 _' \+ E, U, `% ]• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.

/ [/ B1 l$ X' m( B• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
5 q( A$ K7 P+ ~: D. l: f: X/ F• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
, G3 b; m$ X( ?7 D; w6 a• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
0 v7 O' ?+ N$ H" d) B5 R• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
* i; s& c- |0 O7 M• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
) O" T0 p: R3 o+ S; Z7 I2 o3 B• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
+ t' _1 A; C) J0 G# P: e• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
2 f# I& Y- h! P• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
$ g" x5 S) M: |1 P9 {0 z& Q• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
resolution.
• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
& h! Y& o) v. q, `• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
: ]8 c; t0 `( W3 w6 @• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
/ s. c+ M# V  i• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
# u" n3 D* |2 g• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
7 _) c+ N* M5 f. r) D8 g& ?  B" w5 e• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
6 n# q- n4 D! i2 i7 Z' N: |• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.
• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
; u' k4 h6 Z! z0 C- `' P! e) O• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
3 e  n. @1 I) D* a9 y• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.

Education / Experience
' Y1 p6 Y' M$ N1 g! a% ^• Grade 12 / GED.
• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
! l8 ^1 i+ A% c7 ^2 t! u" ~; V• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
