Drill Bit Repair Technician

Temporary to permanent position
International oil & gas company

) U4 [( V+ ~! Y8 y4 v6 nAs a Drill Bit Repair Technician your duties would include:
" @. M6 h3 Z8 ]5 K*Setting up and operating machines and tools for drill bit repair
% L  v- h* @" d( `*Read and interrupt blueprints to build and repair according to product specifications
*Cleaning, quality inspecting, painting, pricing and shipping drill bits
*Practicing total quality management and safety processes
7 u" a8 m% J9 m6 S7 {- Q*Driving 3/4 tonne truck for hot-shot deliveries (minimal aspect of position)

Requirements:

*Reliable vehicle is required
3 |9 u, g3 u+ C; Q5 n*PC literate in Windows 95/98 and Microsoft Office 97
6 ^* F6 a& q; e. v; V*Proven team player with a positive attitude
; h# m" `9 h3 w2 M*Motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
& ]) ]1 P+ o  \2 e( }3 L. r*Machining and welding experience an asset
*Knowledge of drilling operations an asset
* z. a, e3 S' t, z7 k; p& k*H2S and First Aid certification an asset
