Drill Bit Repair Technician

: a& G0 [8 g  yTemporary to permanent position
International oil & gas company
& F) q3 s' L* X5 wSouth side of Edmonton

As a Drill Bit Repair Technician your duties would include:
*Setting up and operating machines and tools for drill bit repair
- o* C5 d' a6 W9 [3 }; E5 q" ]*Read and interrupt blueprints to build and repair according to product specifications
* ~! R2 ~; i6 e6 d& c8 n+ g*Cleaning, quality inspecting, painting, pricing and shipping drill bits
*Practicing total quality management and safety processes
*Driving 3/4 tonne truck for hot-shot deliveries (minimal aspect of position)
& k( D7 ]8 u! Z' X1 c0 j
) L  ~- B) f  U; {4 w) EThis position offers:

Requirements:
*Minimum Grade 12 or G.E.D. equivalent

*Proven team player with a positive attitude

*Machining and welding experience an asset
. h3 C$ x  Z, b/ X& z) y1 m) a- ?& y*Knowledge of drilling operations an asset
*H2S and First Aid certification an asset
