Position: Early Childhood Program Assistant / Closing Date: August 10, 2009.

Based in Edmonton, this is a full-time maternity leave position responsible for assisting in all aspects of the children's program including: design, delivery, and evaluation; as well as client support and referral.

Qualifications: Diploma in the Human Service field or equivalent; 1 year experience in a non-profit agency; experience working with children birth to five necessary; computer skills in MS Word; experience in Excel an asset; ability to speak Punjabi or Hindi an asset. A recent security clearance and child welfare check are required.
