最重要的是不能独立开车，必须有高级5号牌的人坐在旁边。

in alberta, class 7 = class 5 gdl licence.
except you can not drive by yourself plus time restriction of 0500 - 2400.
you can drive as fast as you want within the legal speed limit.
you can carry up to 15 passengers while you learning to drive.
