If you looked at price-to house comparison, you have to beware that there are, at least, 3 different structural designs which would affect the comparison quite a bit. Let's take 2000 sq ft as same-for-all to compare, there are: h1 ]! o" p4 {

b/ House w/ no high ceilings.

For b/, the 2nd expensive to build, lot is smaller; foundation/basement are smaller.
