A sound understanding of overall activity of the agency is essential. • Greet and provide assistance to incoming visitors/ Y5 h9 @ P3 F) m$ q1 t
• Answer multi line telephone system

5 l& `% ?. [5 q! C! c4 B& E7 X' i }• Arrange courier services for all departments
6 X# Y; X0 U7 C& `. ?5 v• Oversee Y-Knit program; provide support to its volunteers

• Sort and distribute mail and deliveries6 @) b% N$ t" w- i
• Provide clerical support (e.g. word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, printing labels, mail-outs, and filing) to all departments of the agency
8 l O A/ m" W1 E) O' R3 K• Update and maintain databases as assigned, including those for Fund Development and Administration
+ K! k9 E6 z6 v- d2 W$ }• Assist with task management for administrative volunteers

• Assist Business department with weekly bank deposit and processing payments

Qualifications:

$ Y0 e6 q- X7 z6 @; L• Minimum 2 years office experience in areas related to office reception, and office procedures* c7 C: q$ E5 h p& l8 ~
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
! H* H. ^- } ^ u5 Z1 l7 T* w• Skill in Desktop publishing is an asset X9 m6 g4 z. ~- i/ K3 T
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills 7 I7 e& u3 d$ M' d' Z3 T4 _1 F4 |
