pronunciation improvement

I have been in Canada for more than 9 yrs, but I still have problem with my pronunciation. I don't mind to have accient, but sometimes people just can not understand me.
If anyone can kindly recommend me some book/video/audio or any way to improve my English?

yeah, talk talk talk...
if you live with ur family or friends and you speak chinese all the time ,that will be a problem. so...try to speak to native speaker, or watch TV, and learn who they speak. such as friends, becasue it`s easy and fun~~

高中老师就曾经让我们疯狂的跟着BBC里面读，然后记忆发音标准和口型啥的，有些地方有动画演示发音时舌头的位置啥的，我看挺好的，多练习练习~~
