1. Yes, you can start learning since the moment you got your class 7. But you can not operate the vehicle alone, you need a fully liscensed adult (can be anyone, doesnt have to be a driving coach) in the car while you practice or drive.

It could be that you don't have to go to a professional coach here to get class 5, but getting educated from a professional driving school may help to reduce your insurance.3 u5 b" v: L- |$ E0 S8 t7 E

4. Personally, driving school is necessary but not guaranteed. You need way more practice than that! Get your friends who have class 5 license to practice with you as much as you can. |
