On Tuesday June 16, 2009, we will be increasing the 5-Yr Extreme Discount fixed interest rate from 3.5% to 3.9%.

Promotional rate applies to all NEW applications funding within 90 days up to Oct 1st. New builder’s draw mortgages do NOT qualify for these promotional rates.

想问一下，先前已经填了credit application的，Possession date只要是在10月1号之前就可以拿到3.5%的这个promotion还有效吗？谢谢
