求助：国内汇款首付怎样办合适

打算两个月内买房。家里人准备汇款过来帮我们付首付，大概7万加币，怎样的途径办合适呢？ 有朋友有过类似的经验吗？

如果是wire transfer的话，应该还需要收款银行的swift number。

# F8 M1 X0 }; Y4 q" y  m有的银行要swift code比如中国银行，有的银行不需要swift code比如招商银行。但是必须提供你在加拿大这边接受汇款账户的银行name,address，以及你的账号。另外每人每年最多只能汇等值的5万美金（多于这个数你可以考虑让你的家人分散给你汇）。有些银行比如招商银行如果你是他们的VIP客户的话可以免收服务费金卡客户是免收一半服务费（这块服务费是按汇款的金额的百分比来收的那部分费用）但是汇费是一律都不能免的。现在看下来如果在银行可以通过VIP或者金卡账户汇款的话是最便宜最安全的而且速度很快。
