Big Brothers Big Sisters of Edmonton and Area provides mentoring programs to more than 2,800 children, youth and families.  We are looking for 1 temporary summer staff.

1 Multicultural Summer Camp Kitchen cook (20 hours a week for 8 week contract)

Key Responsibilities Include:

Activity Planning and Daily Activity
•        Assist in planning, organizing preparing and ordering all breakfast ,lunch and snacks
•        Ensure the facilities are meeting health code
( H: H) j8 i, Z- t( ~" t, C& v6 M
The successful candidate will have:

% S5 x4 N* U8 q2 J. ~•        The enthusiasm and ability to work with a variety of ages of youth in a group setting
+ H. Q. b8 e% ^2 O0 F7 l3 Z•        Experience with children
2 u1 H' Z% o/ N8 x) D•        Ability to manage time effectively and be results oriented.
•        Knowledge of children’s activities and community resources
•        A clear CYIM (Child & Youth Information Management) check  
•        A clear vulnerable sector Security Clearance check

In addition to an excellent work environment, The Africa Centre & Big Brothers Big Sisters offer an hourly salary of $15-hour .
