位于赫赫有名的HEFFERNAN DR，更是罕见的后院向南地块。环境，地块，房子本身，已经接近完美。73万实在是非常之低。

非常好的房子。90年代做的房子质量是非常好的，真材实料。旧房子主要担心窗子旧了会漏暖气，但如果能负担70多万，换全部的窗也不是什么问题。小黄推荐的这家，窗好像是换过的。

不是Eagle Ridge。从 455（含）往南是 River Ridge，往北是 Eagle Ridge。
