My parent in law made noodle at home. And as Edmonton is very dry, the noodle is easily dry up. It's very good& Y+ w( I+ x4 U: H0 p

有noodle machine的话,面大致揉成团就行了,分成小块在机器里多过几遍就可以了,不需要费劲用手揉。) D/ ^5 h; I/ \# Y h. m8 k
( V4 u2 K$ f2 x5 S4 ?- N4 `做noodle的面要和得硬一些,可以加个鸡蛋在里面。
