1) The location is not good for million dollar houses. Surrounded by four major roads and too close to crappy houses.

2) The layout of this house is weird. The width of the house is a mere illusion. Because there isn't a big yard at the back of the house. If there is a 70'x70' yard at the back, I would say it's very nice.7 b M( g3 b- f9 C- Z3 w! L6 J

But really, the back wall is right next to a fence (and neighbor's wall). And because of that, there won't be any large window at the back (south). Instead, major windows will face east. Given that the entrance is facing north, there won't be an open feel to it.

7 T4 {& M5 L# n( b5 O) w* nIt's "Tory", as in Stephan Harper's Conservative party. In recent years, street name in this oilsand country became increasingly political with a right-wing bias. "Tory" is bad enough, and now there is "Whitelaw" in Windermere. |
