Position Overview        This Corporation is a multidiscipline engineering, geomatics and planning consulting firm with offices in major centers throughout Western Canada. We are currently seeking a Transportation Engineer – Intermediate to Senior to join our Calgary team.
Responsibilities        In this position, you will:
! O  ^8 {3 L2 U8 _• Plan and design major road and highway projects;
$ t" L% c8 i: Q) x: `3 x9 C6 Y5 q• Ensure that you provide exceptional service to clients with roadway functional, preliminary and detailed design services as part of a team;
. K) F0 G5 Z: M  X8 [; x• Prepare roadway designs including: plans; reports; cost estimates; and specifications.
• Prepare contract documents and review and evaluate tenders for projects;
• Supervise technicians, technologists and other engineers and review and approve designs, calculations and cost estimates.
