Help! --Chinese input

I have done everything i can but my chinese input still doesn't work! this is waht i have done:
; ^/ C( [% ^+ M& k* ^0 ^1 k
; S$ t6 I4 j$ S; DControl panel -- Date, time, language and rigional options -- add another language--languages--details --Add Chinese(PRC)

7 h' o6 {  B) T2 E, ?, [9 hA "language bar help" icon (shown as a question-mark icon)then appears on my desktop bottom bar instead of language bar. I can do nothing further.

5 x& C! D  n2 F; E: W! P6 r. c3 G& OI am desperated! Anyone can advise? Thanks!!

! k. D0 B9 W7 ~7 eI think so, i can see i have two keyboard inputs now, but the problem is that i can not shift to Chinese when i press Alt-Shift

你是用XP吗？想想当初你装OS时候是否将支持东方语言的软件包同时安装上呢？

看样子你是装上了，因为你改选了输入法后就工作了嘛！
