Housing Program Worker

; A3 _! ?/ K7 v( @# }  cKey Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
, w% Z- n5 }6 L% F To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
: a0 B# @# B1 F To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
5 z+ j3 O: I7 A( z, g To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

8 [) @: P& c3 Z" ~% ?1 j: \Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
% V! j0 z0 N, U( Z" E) H1 z6 S 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
" L- g' I( l# t" K% R# a2 X6 z8 J Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
