5 z; a+ ]3 c' P* fKey Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
( I2 Y' u  ?! s7 n- T6 V; |$ T To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
. u3 }1 s# h. \/ J% J8 c To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
' h2 B, q' M8 R: Y: a' s% J- M To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

1 v% ^0 ^8 A& `( i4 kQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
* B; B7 }+ G$ a6 E 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
* L! n! m7 l8 g0 n: U Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
& k9 ^- J8 v8 t' S# @1 s Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
