Key Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
/ A( g* B7 S/ _$ g% D* H8 m4 F To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
/ z% ^" g' C, z6 K To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
7 _' H0 O$ s7 M' S, j- R To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
5 b. P  d: c" R$ s# n To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

, l  T7 D  S% R* _) A! DQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
. P/ k8 `, Q" ^1 y3 R: E 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
* u, X, o" B8 y) a2 } Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
* \% V8 r9 z% D: N Current CPR and First Aid certifications
1 F7 `  T; y" V4 N Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
