Request the patient say a simple sentence (must be reasonable and consecutive)

. n& E0 W) D. w3 g7 u6 x/ oR ： (raise) 要求 患者舉起雙手5 {9 ^" J% H+ a( H
Ask the patient to raise both hands at the same time, C& y- @" B( C# w8 E& ~( Z
: d4 ]7 y9 @( |: N注意 Note：
, r, T6 R1 N9 t% h另外一項中風癥兆是： 要求患者伸出舌頭 ，如果舌頭「彎曲」或偏向一邊，那也是中風的徵兆0 e6 \* ~' O7 Z
One more diagnose method of stroke is : Tell the patient to extrude his tongue. If the tongue is bending or leaning towards one side, that is also a symptom of stroke.; @" b a$ [3 {( L% N/ W$ J
? ]' S% L9 Z+ O# w上面四個動作，患者如果有任何一個動作做不來，就要立刻打 999 ！！！並! 且把症狀描述給接線者聽。
4 D9 v) ~9 t! s9 XAbove are 4 steps. In case a patient can't do either one of such gestures, you should dial 999 !!!3 A* q4 U. l0 w+ B1 F4 P( @3 |
