The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department. The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.% [. F# ?. d' D$ |

This position is full-time position (37.5/week) with flexible work hours to meet the needs of the department team and individual caseload. The Lead Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities.

• Human Resources Management
( s# d V+ M, X# x• Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities
}2 C5 ] s7 a+ z% p8 `• Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors
/ r1 |* t1 K. E• Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities
7 S5 M# P8 K/ g$ m0 G2 B& A• Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet requirements for delivery of services" w9 W3 _ e; l* }
• Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities2 `- b# X% @( z( K9 S' k1 V0 v; f7 S
" l2 B2 W% q& a7 Z+ uProgram Delivery& v, H" U4 x9 p+ P2 G3 o2 i% j
• Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program
' b$ I0 Z- I- K7 W: S, s- f• Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes6 l. S+ X# N* R
• Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required: I* W- L4 k/ {+ S
• Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication
0 t3 X. a6 D8 {% O6 G" f• Review service action plans and support programs as requested, o7 Z2 M* a5 Y& [4 @" d6 j
• Ensure program policies and procedures are met and followed by department# s+ E5 S% ?3 h, o+ r. L
• Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program
9 l9 j# ~& H7 Q7 D2 ?1 q• Implement service modification, as required# I4 k& v( f) z! t: \9 f- b

0 y% A* y& T* `4 x• Collect monthly reports from Program Coordinators and forward to the Director
, r% S2 E/ y: p• Screen external program documentation and where necessary bring to the Director for review8 ~ h @0 w. o9 S
• Update program files and documents are with current information and documentation, as required i v$ ]. @. `1 a: p' A% r9 c0 E+ R

Qualifications:
0 z) G6 C; v; `- e% p4 m' U' Z* j
• Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field w( a' ?7 V6 p
• Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities) E, n4 H0 e7 E' N! ?. h
• Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience
3 h, x( g% I6 h• Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations: L' V; c+ Z+ T* v+ d
• Ability to interact in a positive manner with a diverse population" L% ~2 a! Q7 B
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
