FAVA is currently looking for a Librarian to join the FAVA team for 10 weeks in the

screenings; and fosters and develops a dynamic media arts community in Northern

0 B4 S a1 p7 l" }0 H4 F, h0 C% KFAVA staff by organizing and updating two libraries: the film, video and digital library; as

j+ v. k' F; J6 ? a- Sort and catalogue the film, video and digital library
* q. K1 K7 L/ @7 u# C. L' R. w" l- Sort and catalogue scripts, magazine and books ) N W& r% R/ y$ G; P# @8 [
- Implement a catalogue template for future use
& p0 s/ a( H( B) F1 _- Update and develop loaning policy and procedure ) K6 r' U r1 c f' i+ O! _
- Enforce FAVA’s standard of use policies where applicable , C' a& |3 f8 \8 h) ^

- Applicants must be unemployed and attending (or have recently completed) a post-

- Wage is $15.00 per hour, 35 hours per week

- Strong organizational skills & g9 ^+ H& ?# v4 x
- Experience or training in library sciences preferred 7 N+ P# j; ^) g& c$ q) H
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
