Housing Program Worker

# j, o  |0 e; `. [! \+ OKey Responsibilities:
0 G  O2 j2 g+ ^ To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
6 v' h! X) h0 D9 `9 h To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
# C3 k, V3 r1 Q4 O1 m To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

7 A+ ]$ {8 ?4 R  u5 ^8 V  n5 zQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
4 k: A( ^! ]0 O Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
