Key Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
3 W6 o* |+ w( n" r To help promote the program in the community.
. Z0 J, [4 v+ u+ g To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
4 V" \6 ?  @' _5 s& ~3 i To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
/ s% ~# I6 L; K! w. Y& o To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

: k9 d1 m3 O2 }+ nQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
7 o; k% |5 w' \3 q3 n6 X4 w 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
. j" V: l+ E; b# q3 o Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
$ T% H' Q# W! F Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
