8 r0 [( ^0 u! l' l9 AKey Responsibilities:
* g3 D# |' q5 y! ` To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
4 J5 t) \& z% s" f& R To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
* n$ P( u% V0 Q: Q* s To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
2 O  @5 X7 Q0 r7 B9 p To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

5 p  H9 j/ [0 j& ~+ C. |, TQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
" {, q5 R9 a6 A* ]# n+ [ Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
