) }! U5 l$ Q! K/ A; E+ pPlace        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
Programs         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
Fees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week

( W8 Y5 t3 N) I5 a: z8 B1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
( I8 I; y+ l2 ^7 |+ x" s! R3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day
+ h# p$ R% n) q6. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

' ~3 `# d7 b% c6 a$ g+ ^  eFee Reduction Pass Applications

9 @1 }! H7 m. ]. A$ w' e7 aWe will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
