Target:        Low income families with children/youth aged 3-17 residing in Edmonton

Place        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
Programs         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
0 Q2 k( e9 H$ m5 d0 B8 A6 u5 DFees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week

1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
( z; `6 Z0 Y! p3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
" M% B/ i& |8 v  g. z9 ]$ a+ f$ k( h4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day

We will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
