Responsibilities:
; W/ U( J4 s  _. m* o-        Support the Youth Program Coordinator in the preparation and
        implementation of the Summer Camps
+ `: b) d# f& p! U4 k-        Assist with facilitating the summer program
# _% b7 J) [( t0 y8 l  _-        Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
-        Act according to the guidance or direction of the Youth Program Coordinator
% G$ ~5 z  Z7 u
Qualifications:
-        Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood
: B7 @: e5 I3 T2 U& M( R        Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
- I$ K& _8 h0 m0 u2 I  o-        Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
-        Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
-        Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
-        Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
) M' l. R5 ^' |-        Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
+ l* c4 o$ D9 H-        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-        Returning student (should return to school after summer)
-        Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

& l2 z/ P* o6 T1 T+ H$ }-        Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning)
* A. ^/ n$ E& O8 @7 k0 R        and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
: A4 g! |% ]# j  e& m& x; A-        Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009

-        $14.00 per hour
