The Executive Assistant is responsible for: providing executive assistance & support to the Executive Director and board operations. He/she plans, directs and coordinates activities concerned with the executive office. This position must understand, engage/respond appropriately with executive & board matters.

' [' a- i# E) D) hEducation/Experience: Degree or diploma in related area; experience in executive & board administration is required; a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position; an equivalent combination of education & experience will be considered.

Skills & Abilities: specific skills & demonstrated competency in computer systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and @Ease) and information management (organization/management of files & records). Have strong communication, interpersonal, organizational & strong problem-solving skills + the ability to flexibly manage multiple tasks. 5 L. U* _$ ~# `: c: a. X- ~5 q
