Those who has been here for a long time said in early 90s, when the oil price dropped too low, the oil companies laid off the contractors first, then their own full-time employees. 1 S7 ]4 B! |* [: ?0 r2 O5 ]) I% X6 W4 S. J7 J7 }0 G8 H
